Maria A. Lentz

REALTOR

“Maria Lentz” has had her real estate license for a combined 15 years. She specializes in property management and beautification of properties. She has also previously owned her own business. She has served her community by volunteering on several boards for non-profits and is a current board member for Wakulla County Hospice.


Maria has lived in Wakulla County for 20 years with her husband of 34 years, 3 beautiful children, 2 daughters-in-law, and 1 son-in-law. As well as two amazing grandchildren. Her family was drawn to Wakulla first for its natural beauty and later learned to love it more because of the sense of community that it has to offer. Maria is excited about the unique vision that Harvey-Lentz Realty Group offers and its mission to continue to beautify and enhance Wakulla County to encourage home ownership, tourism, and increased property values.”

Kathieann Brown

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT

Kathieann Brown is a 21-year resident of Wakulla County. She served as Vice President of Marketing of The Fortune Group International until her retirement in 2016. Kathieann brings a unique experience to the Real Estate business in Wakulla County. Her career began in the sale of resort properties. After a few years of selling, she rose to the management level. Kathieann is a passionate and market-savvy professional whose client’s satisfaction and best interests are paramount.


Kathieann has been actively involved in Wakulla County and is a leading volunteer working to raise money for non-profit organizations. She was named the Chamber of Commerce’s Volunteer of the Year in 2015.

Kathieann has served on numerous state and local boards. She currently serves on the Wakulla Chamber of Commerce board, Florida Wild Mammal Association board, Wakulla Senior Citizen’s board, and the Big Bend Hospice board. She is also a committee member of Ducks Unlimited and the Houston Taff Memorial Seminole Booster Golf Tournament. Kathieann is looking forward to serving her community again to help make dreams come true in the real estate market. Whether buying or selling, Kathieann is equipped to handle your real estate needs.

Rhonda Harvey

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT

Rhonda Harvey is a lifelong resident of Wakulla County, growing up in a small community.

She is a graduate (valedictorian) of the Wakulla County School system and went on to attend and graduate from FAMU’s College of Pharmacy. Rhonda opened a hometown pharmacy in Crawfordville so the people of Wakulla County would be better served locally. There are not many in this area who have not had the pleasure of her being their “personal” pharmacist, even when she became a part of a national chain.


You can also see evidence of Rhonda’s community involvement with the many volunteer hours at the Wakulla County Senior Center, during health fairs, and at the Wakulla Historical Society. Rhonda has joined Wakulla Investment Properties and she looks forward to providing Wakulla County and its citizens with excellent, personal customer service for any real estate need they have. Rhonda cares deeply about Wakulla, its pristine environment, and responsible development and looks forward to serving you.
